Ceiling Mount

Product was nice it would’ve been nice to have instructions didn’t know about the little piece with the plastic cap not sure what that is for?? Thank you though the product itself definitely allows me to use my pole on my voltes ceiling so thank you for all your help and the many emails before buying.
