Do you offer rentals?

-Yes! We offer stage rentals and studio space rentals. We are located in North Hollywood, CA. Rentals must be picked up at our office. Call or email to schedule a rental today.

My ceiling is over 10 feet tall. What is the max height? How much will my pole cost?

-Our max height for stainless steel poles is 22 feet and our max for brass is 16 feet. To get pricing, please use our quote builder or give us a call or email for your custom quote.

How much is shipping?

-Poles under 10 feet have a flat shipping rate of $100, stages have a flat rate of $175. Poles over 10 feet vary greatly on costs. Please email or call to get your shipping quote, we will need to know your approx. ceiling height, zip code, and number of poles being ordered.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes! We cannot take Canada orders over the website, please call or email to place your order.

How accurate do my measurements have to be? What happens if I order the wrong size?

-All measurements need to be exact. Our poles are custom cut and need to be the correct size for your space. We cannot offer refunds for orders placed with incorrect measurements. Our poles can be altered - please contact us for our best recommendations before doing any construction.

Do you sell glow poles?

-We do not sell glow poles currently but we are working to bring this item back! Please sign up for our newsletter, we will make our announcement once we are ready to have the glow poles back in stock.
